SAP CFO sees no out-of-court settlement with Oracle

Merrill sees U.S. giving nod for Gulf FX change

Sony says develops cost-efficient solar cells

TOKYO (Reuters) - Japanese electronics conglomerate Sony Corp said on Sunday it has developed dye-sensitized solar cells with an energy conversion efficiency of 10 percent, a level seen necessary for commercial use.

Boston Properties say it will buy GM building

BAE says UK should hear corruption case
